Our Professional Fees and Services

• Office-based Couples or Family Counseling for Adults by Appointment - $125.00 per hour; 

  Individual Counseling - $75.00 per hour.

• Telephone Consultation  - $75.00 for 30 minutes of time plus long distance phone charges.

• eTherapy (e-mail exchange)  - Initial consultation at no charge.  Upon establishing a 

        counseling relationship, the fees will be $50.00 per 30 minutes for reading and responding.

• Office-based Group Counseling for Adults, Teens or Children by appointment -

         $75.00 per hour per person.

• Office-based Play Therapy sessions for very young children by appointment - 

         $75.00 per hour per child. (Included with Family Counseling fee of $125.00 per hour.)

• Half-Day Seminars located in North Texas area - $35.00 per person with a minimum 

        class size of 30 and maximum of 50.

• Assessment/Tests:  Academic/Aptitude/Intelligence - $300 - $500; Career - $150-$200.

• Cancelled Sessions - If cancelled and re-scheduled within 24 hours, there will be no fee.     

         Otherwise the full fee will be charged to your account.

• Fees can be charged to your MasterCard, Visa credit card, PayPal account, all via PayPal invoice.  

• Note: If your health insurance pays for professional counseling services, we will provide you

        with a Superbill including the diagnosis code and the fees charged for you to file for reimbursement.
